Terms of Service
These terms describe use of Veriq, the investigation prototype operated by Axiom. Please read them and the Privacy Policy before submitting content. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service and its limits
Veriq investigates URLs/domains and pasted communications using passive technical checks, configured intelligence and optional AI explanations. Results can be incomplete, incorrect or outdated. Low Risk means no significant indicators within available checks; it does not guarantee safety. Missing checks, timeouts and provider failures can affect coverage.
Use independent judgment and verify important requests through an organization's known official channel. Veriq does not replace professional incident response, legal advice or a comprehensive security assessment. Do not treat a certificate, AI explanation or registry record as proof of legitimacy.
2. Permitted use and submissions
Submit only material you are entitled to share and investigate. Remove confidential information, personal details and token-bearing URLs. Never submit passwords, OTPs, private keys, seed phrases or malware files as investigation material. The sign-in password form serves only account authentication.
Do not exploit vulnerabilities, probe internal networks, bypass limits, automate abusive traffic, impersonate others, harass targets, publish personal data or attempt to manipulate models/records. Active security testing requires explicit authorization from the target owner. Veriq's passive checks do not grant that authorization.
3. Accounts and report links
Accounts are optional where anonymous investigation is enabled. Keep credentials and anonymous report links confidential. Anonymous links grant access to their reports and bundles; signed-in reports require owner access. Use only identities and accounts you control. Do not link another person's provider account.
You are responsible for the content and notes you submit. You permit Axiom and configured service providers to process that content to deliver the requested investigation, storage, explanation and explicit publication actions, as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain your rights in your content; no unrelated ownership transfer is intended.
4. Repository and on-chain actions
Review the publication preview before sharing incident indicators, summaries or notes. Submit factual, supported claims and distinguish suspicion from confirmed evidence. Community validation/dispute counts are attributed statements and can be manipulated; they do not independently prove a threat.
Blockchain registration records a cryptographic commitment and provenance. It establishes report integrity/history, not verdict accuracy. Public-chain transactions are generally irreversible and may expose wallet/registrar metadata. Local test chains can reset; testnet and local records are not a production guarantee. Network or gas costs may apply to future deployments; review any proposed transaction before authorizing it.
Deleting an account does not erase on-chain history. Published reports may remain detached from the account. Exported verification bundles contain report content and a nonce; share them only with intended recipients.
5. Availability and third-party services
The prototype is provided on an as-available basis. Features, quotas, providers and storage can change or be interrupted. Do not rely on this instance as the sole archive for important evidence; retain a secure copy of any export you need.
Cloud hosting, authentication, AI, threat intelligence and RPC services have their own terms and privacy practices. Axiom does not control their availability or findings. Third-party names/marks identify sources and do not imply endorsement.
6. Abuse, corrections and termination
Axiom may restrict abusive traffic, suspend access or remove inappropriate off-chain content to protect the service and other users. Contact the operator to request review of a disputed assessment or report abuse, using the report ID and a concise explanation without sensitive credentials.
An assessment may change when evidence or source data changes. A new registered version does not overwrite an earlier chain record. Do not represent an old report as a current guarantee.
7. Responsibility and legal rights
To the extent applicable law permits, Axiom does not warrant uninterrupted operation, complete detection or error-free assessments. You remain responsible for decisions made using the output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer/privacy rights.
These prototype terms do not select a governing jurisdiction, invent a legal entity or create a paid-service agreement. Any production deployment requires operator/contact details and terms appropriate to its actual operation and applicable law.
8. Updates
Axiom may revise these terms as the prototype develops. The revision date appears above. Material changes to processing will also be reflected in the Privacy Policy. Review the current terms before further use.
Contact Axiom
Contact the Axiom team running your demonstration. For non-sensitive support you can also use the Veriq issue tracker. Issues are public: never post private reports, identifiers or credentials. A dedicated privacy email has not yet been supplied and should be configured before public launch.
